My Journey into the Art of Quilling
Hello, fellow creators!
Today, I want to share the story of one of my favorite art adventures: paper quilling! If you look at my crafting page, you’ll see a project I’m very proud of—a set of colorful flower vases made entirely of rolled paper. But the story of how I got there started with a single box.

It all began when I got my very first quilling kit. I was so excited to open it and see all the colorful paper strips and cool tools. At first, it was a challenge to learn how to roll the paper just right, but I loved the process of turning a simple, flat strip into a tight coil or a beautiful teardrop shape.

My first big project was a 3D flower standing on a stone. It taught me so much about how to build shapes and make them strong enough to stand up.

From there, I just couldn’t stop! I started making more complex pictures, like a vine with different kinds of flowers and even a rainbow butterfly as a gift for a friend. Each project was a new puzzle and a new chance to play with color and design. Quilling is like drawing with paper, and I love how it teaches me to be patient and precise.

Every swirl and every piece is a small part of a bigger picture, and I think that’s a pretty cool lesson. I hope this inspires you to try something new, and maybe even start your own quilling journey!
